I know you have plenty of options when it comes to improving your photography knowledge and skills.  That's why I give my students a personalized approach that is uniquely different from your other options. Prior to our class, I'll give you a phone interview where I ask about your equipment and your photography experience and knowledge. We discuss in detail specifically what you want to learn and your expectations for our class. After our session together, I will follow up with you to check on your progress, look at your photographs and offer as much or as little constructive criticism as you feel comfortable receiving. I continue to make myself available via phone or email long after our session to answer any questions that may come up.  My rate for a 3 hour private lesson is $150.  Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.

 

 

Semi-private lessons...

 

Do you have a few friends who would like to participate in a photography workshop together?  A 3 hour session for 3 or more people is $100 each. My workshops are tailored to meet your group's specific needs. Whether you want to learn the basic settings and controls on your camera, or a more specific topic such as photographing flowers, the super moon or becoming a better "soccer mom" photographer, I will put together a class that meets everyone's expectations with individual time spent with each participant.

 

 

Private and group children's Instruction....

 

Teaching photography to children requires an approach that makes learning fun and exciting.  My students have ranged from home schooled kids to Scouting and school groups.
