STREET PHOTOGRAPHY

Street photography has been defined as "an instinctual reactive response to the unpredictability of every day life as observed in public places. It captures human or poignant moments. It creates juxtapositions from unrelated elements and creates relationships between people who do not know each other, simply by using the camera’s framing." - Street Photography Manifesto

Street is one of my favorite photographic generes. Several times a year, I teach classes on this popular subject as well as lead photo walks in New York City. On these photo walks, my students get a hands-on experience in one of the best street photography locations in the world.  Contact me for more information on my street photography programs.
