New England is rich in it's history dating back before the colonial period when pirates ruled Narragansett Bay and beyond. We are fortunate here in Rhode Island to have so many living history museums and the many events they sponsor. I began working on this photo documentary in 2012 when I became interested in the programs and events offered by Smith's Castle in North Kingstwon, RI. The photos below are small sampling of my documentary work from the Nathaneal Greene Homestead, Paine House, and Smith's Castle and the Millis Massachusetts Civil War Encampment.
